wow. I think you just created the longest and possibly (depending on displacement) largest ship in the world, also more then 50 meters wide (36m+20m)
you build ten of these. I have not read into your background, but as the lexington class carriers are there I suppose there is an washington treaty, so how the hell did you get these monsters into that?
as your design does not include huge sponsons, your ship will also have a waterline beam of at least 40 meters, which means your powerplant must have been quite a bit bigger then that of the lexingtons, asuming a similar speed.

interestingly, the USN had pre-1942 only 7 aircraft carriers. you have just made yourself one the biggest naval powers of the world.

so yeah, I am a bit sceptical about this ship. it seems nicely drawn, but I have doubts about an forrestal sized ship in 1938.

I'd add to that by asking why Germany would sell you Bf-109Ts and Stukas

if you wave a large amount of cash at .............., they wouldn't mind to do so and also Rossiya was quite friendly to ................during the 1930s

Would any major power in the early 30s turn down cash ? why not go for US/UK/J with proven CV operations ?

Rossiya was very, very interested in the Bf109 and Stuka after seeing them work their magic in the Spanish Civil War (Rossiya took part on the Nationalist side), Rossiya decided to go with aircraft that has seen action that those that had not even seen an hostile plane. So that is why the Rossiyan Navy chose the Bf109 and Stuka, plus the American, British and Japanese planes didn't satisfy the Rossiyan Navy for numerous reasons, (F2A Buffalo, hated the crappy performance and how it looked; Blackburn Roc and Skua, didn't like the performance and of political issues [Rossiya was very Anglo-phobic even in the 1930s]; A5M, it worked fine but the Rossiyan didn't really like the design as it looked old fashioned)

I think more likely just create your own (with maybe somebody else's engine ?) Rossiya isn't exactly a small power with that may CVs you can afford to go on your own.
The Germans didn't start on CVs till 36 and with a big navy Rossiya would almost certainly have been making them from the late 20s (at least a few small converted ships) so you need an earlier supply (or build your own).
