Well with the cricket not being worth watching at the moment (at least from an Australian perspective) I've found some time to finish off Recherche's first aircraft carrier, HMRS Eyre:

I've decided that aircraft carriers aren't my strong suit, but with much consulting of Bombhead's excellent carrier drawings I've hopefully pulled it off without too many cringe worthy errors.

Whoa! That is one sleek looking carrier. It looks like Ark Royal and an Illustrious but with more shapely lines. You've done a good job Rowdy36.

Indeed a fine work on the carrier, which has very strong resemblance to HMS Ark Royal as well as the Illustrious class. One thing though, is the armour-belt which I would extend until the 4.5" gun mountings for magazine protection
