I've added two ships: The third remake of the Djerv class(Now D-class) in the Escort section, extremly remade, and a(hopefully better) remake of my stupid Kirov-wannabe in the Capital Ship section.
*Ahem*
I've chosen to narrow the data down to the most basic. I'm also posting shorter stories.
My remaining interest is shifting towards more modern ships. This time I'm focusing more on systems, making sure that more or less every single missile/radar/director has a RL counterpart, mentioned in the Data Section of each ship, unlike before when I designed a ship and then decided which cheesy-looking home made radar did what.
Admittedly, many of "my" new radars are essentially RL radars drawn bigger. This is becouse radars look cooler the bigger they are.
Also, my modern designs will all be more or less guesstimated in tonnage. If it looks horribly off, please tell. :)

The D class looks nice I'll have to say.

I agree, they look very nice, especially D-class. (front superstructure on Amiral Crohnanker looks bit empty IMHO - btw. there's a reason why modern major warships have very few portholes - far less than here ;) )

Looking good, the remade cruiser looks Kirovish but without the more outlandish elements. The D Class does look especially fine.

Thanks you for the comments!

Hopefully I've remedied the issue with the Amiral Crohnanker-class drawing.

Why thank you! For more modern designs I usually look to Soviet/Russian warships(since I think they're the only one who still makes cool looking warships 8-) ).

I've redone the CIWS btw.

Hi KHT,

Probably showing more about what I don't know than anything else, but on the Konger Sverker XVIII class, wouldn't your aft director also have a fire-control radar on it as well? Or have I missed something ...?

Regards,
APDSmith

Hi APDSmith,

I figured the radar antennae would be expensive and in scarce supply(all the more, since Gotrige lost its main land(much like The Netherlands and France did), and with it, a lot of economy and infrastructure in 1940(which I haven't mentioned officialy before...), thus only one was mounted on each ship recieving one. This feature will appear on other ships as well. Also, the aft director on KS18 is mostly a spare should the primary one(on the conning tower) fail or be destroyed.

Regards,
KHT :)
