In Gulf War one ship of the class was sent to help Kuwait to throw Iraq back, and the anothers were protecting Brazil in case of invasion.
And who want to invade Brazil by sea ?

Why do you need a missile battleship to protect some oil rigs??

Colo brings up a good point.

The USN actually has a class of ship used, among other things, to protect oil rigs. And they have actually seen action, in war, to protect oil rigs. Here let me show you what they look like:

Oliver H. Perry-class guided missile frigate. Their main job was to help protect carrier groups.

No, their main job was to protect convoy groups. The main reason why they're used to screen carriers now is because, in the current threat environment, they're cheaper than putting a destroyer or cruiser in there.

And they were heavily involved in Operation Praying Mantis (the "Tanker War") and in protecting oil rigs and tanker convoys in Desert Storm. You can basically think of oil rigs as stationary convoy ships.

AN/SPY-1: It looks like you're using 6 arrays!!
Bow sonar (looks to small) and no AST??
Anchor: Look at Ticonderoga-Class and Spruance-Class!!
7,62cm L/62 Mk 75: 4 times and no WM-22??
No second radar system like AN/SPS-49.
Your platform is very massive for just three navigation/surface-search units.
The position of your outer shafts are looking weird!!
And your ugly underwater hull colour!!

Second radar is not actually necessary. Look at the Burkes and the Upgraded Tico.
Oto-Melara 76/62 can be guided with many directors, so WM-22 is not necessary.

Oil rigs:

I advanced in history the discovery of the (Pré-Sal) to the 80's,and history(still not completed because i don't have time).

The basic history is based on the Oil Crisis and with the new discovery in Brazil we became the main Oil asset.

And hawkeye:
I'm not going to change the hull color you maybe think is ugly because i don't like very much the red color ;)

And please let me finish the history maybe on saturday i will have time to post in the first page :)
