I know this design would never work, but I love BIG ships and wanted to make one for my AU. I will classify this as a NBD inside and AU. So, may I present: the CWF Cenet.
While you know it will never work it doens't have to be a dumb design.

Added more detail to the Campaign, railings, life rings, and I changed the aft turret from a 1930's 15cm to a 1904 15cm.

Get rid of the casemates and supplant the millions of funnels with three truncated ones. Raise the conning tower and get rid of the forward most 5.9" turret Bring the big life boats down a deck level or two as well. This as said earlier doesn't have to be dumb.

Updated as per Blackbuck's suggestions. Plus some general construction.

I think on a ship this size, more twin secondary guns would be fine.

Man the guns on the front need to be more close especialy the 1st gun and about the torpedoes do like some japanese Cruisers, put those guns on the hull not above.

I would have to disagree. The torpedoes are in a poor position, but torpedoes are not required to be built into the hull. As I see, the upperworks were built around the torpedo tubes, which were on the main deck. Also, now that I look at it, the second and third main guns could be moved up a bit.

I think they would work best on the Main deck aft of the boats
