Anyway, for some reason, the superstructure and funnel has a very 1950ies and 60ies feel about them.

The project 1200, is not finished is it?
Lacking search radars, and I believe the position of search lights so high-up on the masts (and no ladders for access), will make the ships extremely top heavy. Also I find that your choice of two types of machine guns and 20mm guns, with no heavier weapons lacking in firepower. the position of the machine-guns near the bridge, and aft superstructure, with a overhang means they'll have a very limited field of fire, which will make them useless.
Other than that it is avery fine looking ship and drawing.

will replace some 20mm with 40mm, and remove/replace 12,7mm

Since you used American directors I think you should stick with American equipment. Search radar should be SE or SG, and air search go for SC or SC-2.

Project 132 was planned and was granted to be built, but since the Haram was invaded and hostile forces took over the only shipyard in the Haram that could build such a big monster, because of that she was not built. All the resources to build her went to the other shipyards for the construction of other aircraft carriers and battleships that Fleet Admiral John F. "D-Man" Smith class that could carry those large 475 triple guns. The other two guns were used at a fortress.
