The first thing I would say is that it needs a higher hull, compared to the superstructure, the length of the ship and the draught it just doens't seem right.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking, it looked odd to me hence wanting a second opinion on it.

---

Edit: On doing some more bits and pieces, I've come to the conclusion to just do it again. To much didn't seem right.

Notes:
  • The small angled turrets fore and aft are local cupolas for twin L/70 40mm guns, capable of firing 3P and indigenous 'smart' rounds. ROF ~450-500rpm
  • The RAM like launcher aft of the AShMs is a 15 cell launcher for Armaros PD (an analog in many ways to the RAM missile)
  • VLS area forward of the bridge consists of two 32 cell assemblies
  • I've still to add long range search radar and fire control radar
Still very much progress underway with this but I've upped this to show what changes have been made...

beautifull, however I still think the hull looks to low..

I must agree with Vossiej here. The hull indeed look slender, not enough depth, underwater and above the water.

It always ends up being skinny or has done at least until now. Will see about fattening it up.

Notes:
164.85m long oa.
6.9m draught

Edit:
Also note I've got to re-add the pumpjets.

1: Your flight controller have a rather limited field of view right now. I'd make the windows larger.
2: Even with 3P ammunition, I doubt the 40mm L70 is capable of being an effective CIWS. Pretty much all the CIWS in that caliber range fires at least 1000 rpm. The 35mm Millennium Gun for example, fires roughly 1000 RPM and uses AHEAD ammunition, which ha approx. the same performance as 3P.
3: Your RAM thingy has a poor field of fire. It can't engage targets coming either from the front or from astern.
4: For some reason, my guts tells me there should be something here. Don't know what though. Maybe a bit more superstructure.
5: Assuming a standard Fo'c'sle layout, your anchor is in the railing, and given the lack of visible winches, that doesn't really make sense. In fact, even with it, it wouldn't make much sense.
6: Move the bow thruster forwards. That way you'll get much less ship impact (Ducting etc) and it'll be more efficient/powerfull (Force x Lever)
The circle I forgot to label: I don't think your pods are big enough for a ship this size.
