Some time later I plan to add the "Old Navy" ships: The TNS Victoria (BB-2), the WWII-Era Cruisers and Destroyers etc...and the Cold War fleet.

Well, it looks like a Google Earth map, given the copyright listed in the bottom right corner. lul

This is the Hornet Class Patrol/Escort vessel. I designed it for use both by the Navy and the Militia, and is the single most numerous class in the fleet (24 units total, 16 in the Navy and 8 in the Militia). The navy does not consider this ship to be a major surface combatant, allowing the ship to be built in considerable numbers (for such a small Navy anyways.)

What a quirky MG towards the stern, hanging out over the side. Wonder if you could better place the phalanx to get a larger arc of fire?

I could probably move the MG up to the hangar roof or something. as for the Phalanx...maybe a platform aft of the mast? I tried putting one forward of the bridge, but to give it any real forward arc I would have blocked the view from the bridge.

Yesms because you don't have the funnel in the way so much and still get a decent amount of coverage with it. Then you could replace the Phalanx with the MGs.
