Rochfort did build 3 Richel Island Amphibian Assault Ships . Its dock can hold 2 Lcac's and upto 24 Helicopters in its hangar and a landing force of 1000man with vehicles

The Last 3 of the Richel Island Class ships were build with out the dock
and with a bigger hangar and hospital it can hold up to 600 troops
and there vehicles. And the class were named afther the first build ship Neustadt.

These 3 ships will carrie the new CAWAKO F-8S Spitfire II Jump jet

That’s one gargantuan tugboat, and it looks nonstandard to harbor tugs. Maybe a rescue tug? Judging by the photos I can find, yes it’s a rescue tug.
