You can just edit the above post and just list any changes below it, its much easier to read the thread with only a few versions of your ships (but maybe leave any big redesigns to allow others to follow the thread).
if you want to also go back you could add all your ships to page 1 ? would make it easy to see your whole fleet in one rather than spread out over 28 pages.
