here is another Design of the lexingtion B.C. I am working on Still a work in progress Or in my field we say "prelimanary not for construction". I figured I would leave more of the details off till some of the basic concepts can be commented on. Thanks all

Thanks CanisD for the file it will help. I noticed that on the lithograph that I had there seamed to much more shear at the bow than the drawings you had. What do you think.

To me they look about the same. None of the US capital ship designs of that era had much sheer forward.

...but this is the famous - or infamous one! Noone really recognizes the seven-in-a-row funnel arrangement or the two very prominent, thick (or fat) funnels, but this is instantly recognizable, and this is the one we've been waiting for!

The finalized Lexington was one of the first very large capital ship concepts to finally evolve with a large trunked funnel design.

In fact come to think of it it looks like a mega-Colorado class in that drawing.

Here is a current update. I lowered the shear some and worked on the bridge and have a plan view just started.
