I know very little about this one, I based it from a single illustration picture. So I don't know if it's 25 or 30 meters long, only the size of the container
and used it for scaling the rest 
The design was designed by the Norwegian company "Bård Eker design", some have designed many boats, with great success, for example small SAR boats, used along the Norwegian coast. This design for an UAV was most likely a proposal from them, on what is possible to do.
- The design is a catamaran hull
- Easy service access
- Swap able container weapon pack (A stan-flex solution perhaps) (capability limited to container only) (I bet that some weapon pack can reload them self)
- The design looks like it have some sort of sensor strips along the sides as well as some sensors on deck.
- The illustration is shown with SAAB (Sea) Giraffe 1X (Some Bård Eker design had designed the casing for)
- It do look like it is designed for an all electric powerplant.
My tough is that this design looks quite interesting, and the possibility of having several of these work in a Network with other ships/aircraft's/land-forces/etc. Is this the "new era" MTB's
