The only crest for HMS Cambridge, however, seems to be for the gunnery range. Would that remain the same, or would the cannon be replaced with a missile, considering she's a missile cruiser... err.. destroyer?

Naming conventions aside, this is a masterfull drawing, which makes one lament the fact these beautifull ships are in the Never Built section :(

Well, as I said in the Parts Board, I originally wanted to make it an angled side view, but that was a bit too much.

MihoshiK have you looked into "CoA for naval vessels"? There is already a crest for HMS Cambridge, and if you follow the british tradition, you shouldn't change the gun to a missile, because it's a hieraldic canon. I'll guess it's an old canon from a frigate or such :D
