You have 1.95 of overall hull strenght which it is almost twice the required value (it sould be exactly 1.00), and at the same time a block coefficent of 0,74. This means you have pleny of extra displacement and a very "blocky" hull. Your endurance of 6.000nm seems a bit low too. I'd suggst to increase range to 10.000/15.000 n.m. double the ammo stowage for the 6-inch guns and then lower the block coefficent (and thus reducing displacement) until the overall hull strenght reaches 1.00

Aight, time to pull the basic tutorial routine for Springsharp.
When you design a ship, you want to have a hullstrength of 1.00. Not a single digit more or less. The exception to this rule is ships like destroyers and below, which can go down to 0.51. You increase/decrease the HS by raising/lowering the displacement, or changing other dimensions of the ship.
BB1987 mentioned the valid issue of the block coefficent. Your latest version have a BC of 0.600, which is fully workable for a battleship. The basic scale is:
BB: No more than 0.650(this is a very high BC, even for a battleship. Anything above would serve best as a tanker)
CA/CL: No more than 0.550.
DD: No more than 0.450, and no less than 0.350.
Beyond that you'll have to start working it out by yourself.

These two are usually the big sticklers when you start with Springsharp.

And here comes my reply to the latest report, above issues non-withstanding.
And, as I said before, you don't need to armour the forecastle and quarter deck. Keep the boxes over machinery and magazines.
10" armouring for the secondary artillery seems very heavy. I doubt it would be heavier armed than by 5-6".
Btw, when you assign the artillery arrangement, if it's an even number of turrets(I'm refering to the main artillery in this specific case), just select "Centerline - Ends". This will result in them being "- on centreline ends, evenly spread". This makes the report easier to read, and it makes it simpler for you to assign your artillery arrangements. ;) In the case of the secondary artillery, I'd just set "Sides - distributed".

With regard to the 10" torpedo bulkhead, that seems absurdly thick--back in my days at Navweaps design forums, the rule of thumb was that those should be no more than 3-3.5 inches, that you didn't want the things too thick; something about the purpose of the bulkhead being to deform on impact, thus absorbing the blast, the same way modern cars are designed to crumple upon impact, rather than transmit the shock to the driver.

1.00 is the "perfect balance" value, so to speak. Anything more is just a waste of displacement and cost, but go below and your hull will be taking structural damage as soon as it leaves the docks.
Drop her by say... 50 tonnes, and we will have solved the issue.

the Cb of some battleships from my reference list: - 0,57 for the agincourt, 0,59 for the hood, 0,61 for one of the 1913 dutch battleship proposals, 0,66 for the HMS Nelson. so, matches more or less up with what is quoted above for battleships

however, an tanker has an Cb of MUCH MUCH higher. aircraft carriers have an Cb of between 0,5 and 0,68. container ships of about 0,7. relatively fast tankers (for example gas tankers) about 0,7 as well, slower (VLCC's) of about 0,8. bulkcarriers have one of between 0,8 and 0,9. destroyers, are between 0,45 and 0,65 in the time era we are speaking about with springsharp.

Belt is too long, and you still have that ungodly Torpedo Bulkhead. For an AoN design, you want to set the belt length at the minimum length to cover engines and magazine.
