Hmm thats why the whole hull is the same as rotterdam.
And the forward section aligns the same.
And we all know why i do this to you
Because you are arrogant. If somebody else made this.
I woulnd care. But you? Ofcourse i do at you.
And again you are trying stuff here.
Ill show my picture later today when im in my pc.
It shows how much you used my drawing.

I would say masts, parts of superstructure, or parts of the hull suffices as worth of crediting, so you two cut out the confontration and Ace add the proper credits to the drawing. Only generall ordanance, radars, cranes, weapons and eletronics that are in equipment sheets doesen't require any extra credits.

And in future, I suggest you guys to actually drawn everything of your own, from bottom keel up to the highest mast when you are making these drawings. Saves a world of hazzle over these things.

they line up because those ships are similar. but OK, I will credit you mitch, as you aren't reasonable on this. I don't see the need for it, as said, but if you insist.
@ golly: I have done that as much as possible, (as said above) but some parts align if they are from similar ships -.- mitch doesn't seem to understand that......

EDIT: and mitch, you better do some research before you say something: I checked again:

I agree, it is close, but it is not copied, as you can see.

[ img ]

How come the superstructure and hull are the same at many points?

To bad for you dude, trying to plagiate aswell.
Man o man. Did you knew that plagiate costs you from 200 euro up to 1 million (Depends on what it is).
You are a bad bad boy.

that small mast was listed in the page before, indeed I have taken that. same counts for the door. and the bulb. and the crane. and the underwater hull was partly new drawn. and you know? I have intentionally NOT used parts from your ship, because it has too many mistakes.
and uhm.....

LOOK AGAIN!
I am trying to be reasonable, but it doesn't seems to work here. I have (again) proven you are wrong, so why make a point of it. let's forget this whole thing and get on doing the thing we like (drawing) instead of fighting over this.
EDIT: ok, now I see, I forgot to say that I used part of your underwaterhull and edited it.

You just gave up.
You told to us you used my items, and you did.
What you do is plagiate.
Golly told you to proper credit, so do it. If you dont i can take you to court for plagiate.

Voor info:
http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plagiaat

Oh and saying youre reasonable?
Where was that when YOU started all of this?
Where was your pride, where where your brains at all?
You started all of this, by keeping spamming me. And because of you my 1200 euro laptop was taken out for 3 months.
Because of you, a lot of people used bad information on here.
Because of you. Hyves.nl now can use SHIPBUCKET items under their own COPYRIGHT.
What you did IS BAD. What you did, is GAVING AWAY. MY DRAWING. YOUR DRAWING. AND FROM OTHERS ON THIS BOARD.
FOR FREE WITHOUT ANY RIGHT TO FIGHT TO IT.
Thank you, prick.

End of story

uhm.... wait
golly said:
cranes, radars and so on are parts. which don't need credit. so my stance is the same as one page ago: credit for one door, one bulb and a small mast?
from the shipbucket rules:
Quote:
If you use a considerable amount of "blocks" or sections of someone else's drawings which are not in the "Things that help drawing" chart database, place their name ahead of yours in the credits.
I don't consider them large blocks, but at the top of this page, I already said I would add credit.

and please learn the difference between 'giving up' and 'avoiding a fight'.

Ace. Did you go to school?
Because i have the feeling you got stuck in baby time.

A block is a large unit. And what you used is large.
The forward superstructure, Even 50% of the hull is large (as well is 25%).
Thats what you did.
With the rest added, it is even a larger amount then 10% of your freaking drawing.

Now once again.

You came on this board, like 11month ago?
Who helped you, nobody exept me.
Who gave you your knowladge for this board? Oh yeah me.
Who helped you with everything? Me and a few else (only after some time when you finally grew up with your baby ass).
Who did you spam 250 days long? ME.
Who did you also spam with emails? ME.
Who did you thank for help? NOBODY.
Who did you turn your back on? ME.
About who where you spreading lies? ME.
Who is going to help you? NOT ME ANYMORE.
With who did YOU START A FIGHT? ME.

Is it now clear?
Or do i have to visit your house to scream it at your face.
[ img ]
(PSS, i scream with consumption. )

I have just proven I didn't. and told you why. this discussion is pointless. you will get your credit, although I have no idea why. I only know your lying, you make things up in your mind or something....... do you know what? I am going to finish the holland class. I stopped working on it to avoid conflict, but now it is enough. I will no longer react on any of your posts. no longer read them. you don't exist anymore for me. just shut up. I've had enough now.

Ok we have come to this:

You two apparently cannot get along. I wont go choosing sides in your petty fight. Instead I'm going to issue disiplinary moves on both of you.

One week ban for Ace, two weeks ban for Mitch due more offensive approach. After your cool-down vacation is over I strongly suggest that you both take a seccond tough wheter to start provocating each other becouse if this continues after it, both of you will be permanetly banned from shipbucket forum.
