Alva...these ships are awesome and show true inspired creativity. Russian ships have also been a bit sci-fi anyway.

I can't read nor speak much more than a few words of Russian, but I looked through the pdf files provided by heuhen and recognized an asymmetrical multi hulled vessel that was submitted to a contest in Photoshop Magazine back sometime around 2007, and of course it is most likely the rest are all simply works of art and not serious design proposals as well. Sorry to say. Nonetheless these are great drawings of some very interesting vessels.
