So we could have variants for:
Royal Brunei Navy
Chilean Navy (instead of Type 23)
Royal Omanese Navy
Turkish Navy

Is possible for the Type 2402 to be equipped with Sea Dart?Or I have to use the Type 22 Batch II?

The ship is certainley large enough to carry Sea Dart.The question being whether to go for one type 909 director and the Sea wolf or 2 and lose it. ;)

Supposing fit 2 Type 909,is possible to fit a CIWS,e.g a Phalanx or Sea Zenith?

Yeah one either side of the foremast,or the funnel and move the SSMs.
