I have doubts as to whether Spruance could take ABL or the full 61-cell VLS block after shipping Mk 71 (which was a full 100,000lb heavier than Mk 45). A loaded 61-cell Mk 41 is on the order of 500,000lb, which surely ate into all sorts of growth margins. I don't know about the ABL weight.

Looks like a 32 cell VLS to me.
