That's a lot of ship for just four main guns.
Judging by the massive space amidships for the boilers and turbines this ship must have been pushing 30kts or more in its design spec.

The GK 4521 had 180,000shp from 32 boilers for a speed of 31.5kts, its main belt was 350mm as were the main turrets. Compared to a ship sharing the same hull, the eight 42cm armed GK 4542 which had 160,000shp from 26 boilers for a speed of 30kts, its main belt was 300mm and its main turrets were 350mm. I think the weight saved from having only four 42cm guns in two turrets went to thicker armoured belt and more boilers for an increase in speed of 1.5kts.

The GK 4531 had the same specification as the GK 4521 except for having six 42cm guns in a 3 x 2 arrangement.

Next up is the GK 4532.

Looks somewhat strange, but certainly a good work.

More good work from Tempest, well done!!

Excellent drawings of some very interesting (yet odd looking) designs!

My only suggestion would be to add somekind of supporting structures to some of the platforms,
especially to the one connected to the forward smoke stack.

Also, would the draft markings on the hull go all the way down to the keel?

I wonder why the Germans persevered with casemates given the secondaries on the upper deck and the less than optimal location of the casemates?

The upper deck mounts were HA capable but lacked protection while the casemates gun had good armor and had sufficient angle of elevation to deal with surface targets.
