Biancini - do you know anything about ships? The reason of my asking is that if you choose to draw the United States, which in itself is a gargantuan undertaking, you'd know by deductive experience that the United States would have a similar underwater hull as the Forrestals and Kitty Hawks. You don't just go about and "guesstimate" its form and shape and make claim to having drawn the said ship. Had you actually cared to research it you'd have found sources that would've given you what you're looking for!

As mentioned above, the underwater hull, should be drawn only if you are sure how it looks. The Forrestal class was evolved from the United States, which in turn was adevelopment from the Midway. As for aircraft, the United States was to carry the Savage bombers and Banshee, or Phantom fighter, all of these aircraft can be found in Planebucket.
The guns are wrong, as the United States was meant to have the 5"/54 Mk.39 or Mk.42guns and 3"/70 guns

As above, but with the addition of the fact that there are u/w or full-hull drawings of the US, again if you only care to search. That's what Novice, Thiel, Portsmouth Bill, acelanceloet, Alvama, Golly, WhyMe, HeuHen, and I do; that's why our works generally are appreciated and esteemed!

There's no such thing as "nothing left to draw" If you can down 10 pints and draw, you're doing alright by my standards

That was a very good observation, dear Rodondo! I second that opinion! (And, of course the artists recounted above are merely a selection of the host of competent and genious ones SB has the privilege to have- you included!)

Ohps... we have the same idea. Here's my version. Am not ready and its very difficult to make it because the informations
in the net are very thin, especially the details.

I have problems with the upload of the drawing.

Greetings from Germany
