Thanks for all the encouraging comments mates.The airwing is Saro p177 mixed rocket/jet propulsion fighter, actually built to mock up stage.The AW 168 and Short PD 13 were competing designs to staff requirement M.148T for a low level bomber that eventually led to the Buccaneer.I couln't choose between the two so I added them both.In reallity had she been built only one of these types may have been used.These never left the drawing board.The HS P139 was a design for a transport aircraft that could have been developed for AEW and of course the Fairey Rotordyne.All the aircraft were drawn by Hood.Thanks mate for those, superbly drawn planes.

Another excellent drawing BH. If only the RN had of completed all four Audacious class then post-war it would have had much better fleet and would have avoided the costly rebuilding of Victorious. The last two of this class would probably of completed with interim angled decks. Another what-if but certainly a good looking one!

The catapult is running thru the lift : is it really possible?

Fair comment Mosquito.My reasoning being because the lift was not armoured like the rest of the flight deck you would have enough room to fit the track and shuttle.
So Just incase I'm wrong.
