You are right with the positions of some 2cm-aa. And with the missing directors, too. But I tried to keep as near as possible to the original drawing. I did not add details, that were not visible or absolutely clear from the first three ships. Look at the posts before and see how it evolved.
The torps are beside the catapult. 37mm-twins were not visible on the plans.
While this drawing is like the original drawing, would you like to do it like it should look like?

No graf spee has single 6'' turret's, not duals.
