I've always thought the Type 22s to be homely at best, but this is a delightful rendering. A little bit further from the classical standard, but it's consistently-executed and I have trouble finding much fault. Every detail change is justifiable to me. I find the chaff launchers, RHIB arrangements, and light gun mounts to be especially attractive.
