An excellent piece of work, but I have two things to comment on: one is the propellers which look to me to be too small. the second is that there appears to be some pixels between the propeller and rudder. |

Although not treaty-compliant, the comparison to a sloop as defined at London is pretty remarkable. Certainly not what we think of as an inter-war light cruiser. Slow, limited to 6" guns and 2000 tons standard, although London forbade torpedoes on such craft. (e.g., USN Erie-class) |

Thanks! the pixels are removed, but according to the source drawing the propellers are these small.

Very nice work. For a 21kt ship the propellers would be fairly small anyway I think, plus any shallow draught requirements the Chinese might have had. |
