Hello, Had a crack at some newbies (Tide and 'Leander' concept) and some oldies (Hunt and Sandowns) recently - see what you think. A136 RFA Tidespring - fitted with weapons, although I'm not sure when that's going to happen in real life ... BAE Systems/Cammell Laird Type 31 Leander concept ... This is based off a ~120m length and about two press photos I could find so it's a rough draft at best That's probably why it looks so weird. Could just be sheer ineptitude ... Hopefully update this when more information comes out from the contractors. I didn't realise that the Sandown had been redone by DarthPanda so recently, I just thought I'd have a go. Didn't mean to step on any toes. M110 HMS Ramsey M33 HMS Brocklesby Interested to know what you think! Cheers |

@waterwings The HMS Cattlestock currently sails in formation with our mcm group. She is from the same Hunt class. If you want some close up photos just say so, i can make them while in harbour or when we anchor next to each other! I do see an error already btw. Between the bridge and the reserve diesel behind the bridge is a gap to walk between them. |

Very nice work and good to see you back in action. The Tidespring looks great but I would be tempted to tone down the shadow in the hull cut-outs as right now they look like black blobs. The Type 31e Leander looks a strange beast (no reflection on your drawing) but at least its moving away from a warmed over River. |

Excellent work. Are you planning to do the Norwegian one? |

These are excellent! I agree with Hood on the shading - I very rarely go darker than a 30% gray or so on a 0-100 scale. What happened to the poor Mk 45 (?) on the Type 31? |

The forward thruster of Tidespring is not correct, we have installed a extendable thruster in the bow. |

These are quite good drawings, apart from Hood's remark about the Tidespring. Although I'm no expert on modern warships, by any degree, I think the Type 31 wasn't built yet, so it belongs in the Never Built section of this forum. |
