Post subject:  French Seaplane Carrier Commandant Teste
Commandant Teste was a large seaplane tender of the French Navy (French: Marine Nationale) built before World War II. She was designed to be as large as possible without counting against the Washington Treaty limits.
Commandante Teste served with the Mediterranean Squadron upon commissioning in 1932.

it's okay Matt, Colombamike and I have been working together on this and other drawings. I jumped the gun with the 1936 version. :oops:

As for you and colombamike, if you guys indeed have it on controll, perhaps take it to the PM level so I don't have to weigth in for possible moderations?
