A class of four units built between 1931 and 1934, all sunk during WWII.

W-13 as built:

For an interest comparision, take al look at my previous W-1/W-5 thread. Now consider that the W-1/W-5 ships displaced 600/620T, while the W-13 ones just 525T. Then compare the superstructures. No wonder why the W-13 had to be heavily rebuilt to correct top-heavyness in 1934.

Next drawings will depict W-14 as built and as refitted, there is a remote possibility to see W-15 or W-16 as well.

To close the series, W-15 as commisisoned:

Since W-15 had just been launched (and W-16 not yet) by the time the Tomozoru incident happened, the ship was rebuilt before beign commissioned.
