First, I would add the refit info to the title block, and second I would remove your name from the title block - changing a radar isn't enough to justify your name added to the drawing.

third, you can keep your name on the drawing if you check the entire drawing over with good references to check if it is accurate. (I am a bit in doubt here) and if it isn't, fix it :P
that said, on the RN sheet there is an ARTISAN radar looking completely different from this one...... and IMO looking more like the real thing. may I ask why this one was used?

I believe that the drawing has more variations and modifications that you listed.

such as? the directors, maybe, other then that I cannot find any really large changes that are worth to be credited. the drawing is also not perfectly the same as the real ship, on which I have been on board last year, IIRC.

A while back I totally updated and fixed things on the CPCX frigates in the Never_Built/USN folder (a lot more work than you've done here) and my name didn't go on the file, so your name doesn't go here.
