Hello again!

Something real for a change: Spain's sole battleship for a quarter century, and one of the longest-living barbette ironclads.

Beautiful work, but it has non-standard underwater hull shading (although I personally like it).

Fantastic drawing (and very interesting ship)!
I too like the shading of th underwater hull, but indeed it may have problems with being accepted for upload.

Each of your drawings deserve a "Hail to the chief"!

Excellent drawing, and interesting ship i must say, is that on the bow a casemate gun?

This is another great drawing, but surely the tumble-home shading is more controversial than the underwater hull?
Good work!

That would be the bow chaser gun, found on many vessels of this period. That particular mounting was very popular with French and Russian vessels and continued into their Protected and Armoured cruisers later on.

As for the drawing itself, excellent job. As the others have said I like the shading but it isn't of shipbucket style so may not be permitted for upload without modification.

Excellent work. I thought we had sorted out Garlicdesign's tumblehome shading already so I see no problem there. As to underwater shading, come on guys the standard was left behind years ago... I like this underwater shading, I'm starting to feel that the old Mconrads-era two pixel dark-red, orange keel lines are a bit odd. The orange stands out too much and is lighter than it really should be if its representing a bottom curve. Perhaps us Mod's should lead a discussion on standards?
