Post subject:  Ships of Royal Maritime Auxilary Service

i wanted to have a go at some of the maybe forgoten parts of the Royal Navy, the services that allow the RN and the RFA to do there day to day operations, so in this thread i will be uploading various ships of the RMAS later SERCO that Moor, Tow, Arm and lay Cables and Bouys. her is my first ship the RMAS Salmaid also depicted later as the SD Salmaid under SERCO ownership. at present the drawings are waterline only as finding under water referance for these vessels is proving an utter nightmare....

Neat, however the top of the buoys should have black outlines

Bouy's fixed, placed them into a smaller template as i had used the Medium one and thought the Small would look better.

Great work on these "maybe forgotten" ships. Keep it up!

Indeed, I believe that the rule regarding use of templates is "get the smallest that fits".

Excellent work, nice to see lesser known vessels on SB and indeed auxiliary types tend to get overlooked.
Don't worry about the underwater parts, if you haven't got the sources its better not to try and guess it. I look forward to more RMAS ships to come.

Very nice!
I think that it is very educational to see the drawings of those less known ships

These vessels indeed are overlooked by most. Good job of adding them to SB.
