work so far on HMS Scott. not sure about the underwater hull, as the only referance i could find and was also found by Novice was of a 3d redering image off of BAE Systems website. still lots to do, forward and main masts, stern detail to mention a bit.... |

She looks promising! Concerning the underwater hull I think you should keep it as you've drew it. I think it's very close to real. |

note her hull depth should be around 8.3-9 meter http://virtualglobetrotting.com/map/oce ... ?service=1 |

wasn't able to get a good picture of her under water hull 8.3-9meter so your talking 55-60 pixels... wikipedia does state her draught at 8.3m (27ft). i will modify the hull to this depth ..... still want to try to get a more accurate pcture than the 3d rendering i have though. |

regarding the draugth: remember that the black line there seperating the upper and below hull is supposed to be on the waterline mark. Otherwise great start with this rather obscure little gem |

i have increased her Draught she is now 57 pixels so 8.55m could reduce her by 1 or 2 pixels to make her 8.4 or 8.25 but as the depth is given as 8.3 - 9 sort of mid way.... she looks deep though....... But she is 13,500 tonnes at only 131meters..... |

was this 8.3-9 m her depth or draught? that said, the only place where her hull looks anything like weirdly deep is the bow, which looks faulty to me anyways........ also, the picture heuhen posted suggests an less severe angle at the bow waterline. |
