Thanks. As for port holes, I don't know, they are rather small, and other ealy destroyer have ones those size, so I went with 3x3.

In 1932, the Momo Class DD Kashi was transferred to the Manchukuo Imperial Navy and served as it's flagship. Manchukuo was a Japanese Puppet State in Manchuria.

Nope, photos and drawings don't show them. I guess the 1910's IJN didn't like them on their smaller boats.
