here is the Ice Breaking Emergency Evuacation Vessel: actually there 12 of these units operating for the kazahkistan branch of AGIP, the (state) italian company. It is definetely a very ugly design but it is worth to think on their use as evacuation vessel in the shallow and iced waters of Caspian sea. Kazakhstan has an icebreaker? Who knew.
They have more, since the Casp if often froze, Two Dutch ones (WagenBorg) sail there under Kazach flag!

there are 12 IBEEV, 2 Wagenborg (already drawn), 2 or 3 Mangystau (already drawn) and finally Tulpar (on the way to SB)... |
