It would be an excellent idea , for Bombhead to continue this project. I've been thinking about it myself, but I do work very slow. If you (or Mitch) can link to the old thread on the old forum you'll find quite a bit there. I posted some drawings of the Vanguard for Mitch, but if you can't locate them Its no problem posting them again. (One of the reasons for my interest was for a post-war AU, with the Vanguard modernised with modern sensors and secondaries, and of course ssm. No change to the main armanent, as the value would be in having those reliable 15-in in place; so no barmy idea of removing the aft turrets to allow sam.) I found this: http://z11.invisionfree.com/shipbucket/ ... topic=1657 |

Wow Only the mast seems to break the magic of this ship. Perhaps trying to get the main masts support leg "even" or more likely symmetric, by making equall length line face another. In the fore mast, the supporting leg is completely dark grey. It should have black outlines. Also, it would propaply look better if you continue with three pixels all way up untill it turns one pixel width. Otherwise outstanding work, that RN ships deserves to be presented. |

A very good addition to the bucket Bombhead. As mentioned above by Golly, outstanding project well executed overall. |

Wow, getting ammunition to the forward 40mm must have been a nightmare. |

I'm thinking more about the gun crews of the single 40mm, situated on the main-deck beside B-turret, especially when it's trained to the broadside and firing....
