Apparently it's a "Fowler Wheel", some kind of cycloidal propeller:

Glad to know I'm not totally horrible at drawing real designs :P

It'd be very pretty if it wasn't for the 12+ meters on the front. A good effort though I think the bridge looks a bit off, other than that, a nice job on a interesting ship

Ah yes, the fixed spar torpedo. Even more questionable than the regular spar torpedo :)
