Very nice, Novice, but spell her name correctly, please! It's H.M.Y. Britannia.
Also look over your flag shroud. There should be no two Royal standards! This is what you ought to have: The Flag of Flag Officer Commanding, or Senior Flag Officer Present; usually a full Admiral (you have a Rear Admiral's flag, which would indicate that that there are no Royals present!) on the fore mast; the Royal Standard on the Main and the Admirality Flag (formely the flag of the Lord High Admiral, of which H. M. the Queen performed the duties from 1968 till present) which is the red so-called Anchor Flag.

Edit: the Anchor Flag and command flag will be reversed if H.R.H the Duke of Edinburgh, an Admiral of the Fleet wouldn't be present aboard. Then the Rear Admiral commanding flag would be flown from the mizzen, as normal custom would prescribe.

Thank you. I used flags as per a picture I have which clearly showed the Rear Admiral's flag, and what appeared to me like the Royal Standard on both the main and mizzen masts. If you have any pictures to the contrary I'll be more than happy to correct this. The spelling of course is my mistake.

Absolutely, and I do have the pictures to prove my point, though I, too, erred, in making my comment overly complex! (As if the rules for how the Monarch is to display her flag (-s) isn't complicated enough!)). I should've simply stated that, while the Monarch's not present onboard, the Flag Officer Commanding (usually a senior Rear-Admiral or junior Vice-Admiral) flies his pennant from the foretop. When the Monarch is onboard (or maybe I ought to say was onboard, since the yacht was decommissioned in 1997!), the Admirality Flag (Anchor Flag is always flown from the foretop. If the Duke of Edinburgh is present, the display can be either his rank flag (full Admiral's flag) or the Union Jack on the mizzen. If the Monarch's not present, then she follows the same practice as any regular RN vessel, with the difference that she's always ranked as a flagship. Notice that one of the pictures shows the flagshroud of H.R.H. the Prince of Wales too.

Anyway, here's a good selection of pictures:

She looks like a scaled-down version of the QE2, built around the same time?
