On Bombhead's request I'm beginning to convert his HMS Puma to the INS Brahmaputra. But it's very hard to find solid sources on the net. At the few photos I've found, I can see all three indian Leopard frigates had been rebuilt, but when and how much?
Has any of you mates info's (history and data) about these three frigates (INS Brahmaputra F31, INS Beas F137/F37, INS Betwa F139/F39)?

@Bombhead, that's one of my pictures. In fact I'm trying to draw this edition, but I can't find any informations of the rebuilding. I know for sure, when the three vessels were delivered in 1958, 1960 and 1960 they where very similar to the british. I've tried to search on indian sites, but besides they briefly mention the former Leopard Class they all write about the new Brahmaputra Class with the same names and pennant numbers

This is what I have, great photo Bombhead I do like what the Indians did with there Type 12s also all I have of them is a cople of as builds that are only so/so and some old cuttings from JANES

Thanks Graham The picture of Betwa is ten times higher resolution than that I've got. The picture is from March 1961 and the pennant number was still F139. My estimate is that INS Beas and INS Betwa changed their pennants no. in connection with the rebuilt, which I haven't any info's about

Now I need some help. I've drew INS Brahmaputra in a configuration that at least is after 1961. I have hard to find any info on the net in english, danish, french or german. I know for sure, that the aft AA-gun is wrong, so are most of the antennas and radars. Is it possible that any of you have good infos in this parts. I really like to know which type of helicopter was assigned to this class. If you also know about when the class was refitted it will be most helpful
