Well, here we are, my first foreign ship. Might as well do more Kaiserliche Marine pre dreadnoughts.

I could not find a template to fit it well, this was the smallest one height wise to fit it. Not 100% finished yet, but if I get started I can't but a ship down...The raised guns are not really a permament feature and can go easily, but I thought it is a nice touch, since many pre dreadnoughts had single gun turrets instead of 2 and it may need clearing up. But anyway.

Ouch, that is a painful colour scheme...

Anyway, there are a couple of small guns (one fore, on aft) that have no black outline on their barrels. Otherwise it looks good.

As if I am responsible for the color scheme... :roll: :roll: :roll: The guns are like that cause they are thin and they are painted white. When I find a better why to draw 2 line thick barrels white I'll remove the outline which I added.

A very nice piece of artwork,as to the colour scheme,it makes a nice change from battleship grey.

Thanks Bombhead. Since it served mostly in the far east, the "tropical" scheme was what she was associated with.

Guns all at Zero elevation and trained fore-and-aft unless physically not able to be in that position.

Otherwise she looks good.

I adjoin Timothy, the guns need to be leveled to 0 angle
also, I spotted that you leave too much space between the shipname and credit (you did that on some other drawing as well) try to squeeze it in way others have done.
