Peruvian Navy IKL 1100 Islay Class (1975), and IKL 1200 Angamos Class (1981).

Credits: Thanks to Darth Panda, his turkish SSK Atilay was more (much more, really! ;) ) than a starting point for my drawings.

NB: Both classes are capable of SST4 and SUT torpedos. A-189 was reported for Type 209/1200 in 1999-2000 edition of Jane's Fighting Ships Handbook. But I can´t confirm that information in other pages (as SIPRI).
