The only thing I am unsure of is the shape under the bow. whether it is a small rudder to aid steering, or an early type of hydrophone equipment.

Wow, great addition. Beautiful drawings and explanation of the evolution of German Torpedo boat development. What comes next, the 1898 series, or the first world war boats?
