re the railings: originally done as on the most detailed ref I had, which showed no poles at all at some parts, this was also where the closed windows came from...... but the railings will be fixed according to sb standards. do I have to fix the scuttles too? I have to put some hours of work in it again anyway, so ..... TTT_TTT

The idea of shipbucket is not to try to imitate the base drawing as accurately as pixels allow, but to drawn shipbucket style of drawings from real warships. Thats why the artist must understand that he needs to make the parts of the ship look like Shipbucket style, not just give approximate artistical feeling of it.

And as shipbucket seeks uniformality, thats why the basic stuff like schutles, portholes, railings, anchors ect. are done into the stock where they are to be applied to all the ships we attempt to present, not as nice and fine pixel art, but as shipbucket drawings.

Ah! At the risk of sounding like Yoda' its is all part of the great endevour we engage in: finding the need to go back and work over a drawing we'd hoped was finished. :)

fixed the scuttles, hull shading and hatches. only the railing has to be fixed, but as I can't do much wrong on that, I ask first if the other fixes are done allright now.....
