A little bit closer to be finished. The azipod is very much a guess. In the only available photo with the propulsion that area is much in shadow. Not even with digital enlightning and contrasting it was possible for me to see the details  But still there are some other details bothering me. But it is not much left now :D
Because of Thiel's help (beneath) I've just made my first edition of this post and changed the azipod ;)

SECOND EDIT :D The two crane aft is significant for this vessel, but you can only see one when she is drawn directly from the side. Solution: Let one of the cranes lift the arm ;) Easy thinking, but as you can see, I'm not quite finished = hard work. Would have been nice with a tool in Paint which could rotate with only 45 degrees :x

From what I can see on the picture it's a pull-only pod (Or a push only that's been reversed.) I'm seeing nothing to suggest a push-puller.
Also, does the Navy still use the red star on their helicopters?

Thanks, your eyes hopefully better than mine. I was very doubtful with the two propels. The aft shadow was not so significant as the first. About the red star I'm not sure when it counts the heli's, but both air force and naval aviation use it on fix winged aircrafts, so why not on heli's?
:D Oh, I've just seen WhyMe gave the answer

:D I'm finish (for the time being!) with this new russian rescue ship for the Northern Fleet. I'm reluctant to claim that she is precise enough to be fully finished. The reason is only two images from starboard side. On the net it's only possible to find seven (7) photos at all. Without Frankiewizc ten photos (THANKS :D ;) :D ) I just had have to abandon this project. Lessons learned: Be certain to get all the needed image material BEFORE starting a drawing project
Anyway, hope you like this vessel :D
