The deck line between hull and deck should perhaps be more clean

I Know this pic is as build and you're is one of the upgraded one, but i think it's weird that someone change the hull.

Now I can see what you mean. Thanks Heuhen. I fixed this together with the Pre-FRAM version I'm working on.

Hawkeye, I have to say, looking at your version, then what is available in drawings, I don't consider you've done an accurate version; it just looks squashed to fit the length Linking to Jones The Tank's post and scrolling down to the drawings, you can see what I mean.

You guys who can't get the scale of a drawing right just confound me. Checking the scale twice (often more than that) is something I do for EVERY DRAWING.

Why be lazy and not properly measure? The alternative is that you end up totally redrawing a ship like this!

And by the way, if you scaled the superstructure of this ship to its original incorrect length, the superstructure will be out of scale too. You can't just reduce the hull length and expect the superstructure to still be correct. This is literally a case of STARTING OVER FROM SCRATCH.

OK, I have done a big one but I do it again to correct it.

Relax. It's not just you that has done it, it's quite a few other artists as well. And yes, I've made mistakes of my own but I learned from them and that's how I got to where I am now.

Still, scaling a drawing is EASY and it should not be a big hindrance to getting work done.

I did a Komar FAC and got the scale wrong, only discovering it after it was uploaded onto the archive - where it still sits I do intend to redraw it sometime

Yea, I've misscaled Two quite good looking Gavriil remakes (thougth the mistake was in incorrect source, that I used)...so it can happen to everyone.
