you need to use the new WM. that is just parts sheet renewal, as the one you have now is an incorrect and outdated part. no discussion possible here.
for the DA: I will look over that drawing again, now I can scrap my half finished WIP..... the size is more or less correct, but shapewise I think I have some changes in mind.....

Nope ace, like you say, no discussion possible here! I've spent hours all over doing this radar so it stays! You may have for your parts sheet if you like, but I'm not changing a iota on it. As for the wm, well, look into the foot, and you'll realize my drawing has the correct one. Other than that, which I think was your most contentious issue, it's fine!

Only the administration and moderators have the luxury and right to state wheter some parts should or should not be used.

If someone drawns a radar for some partsheet, it doesen't give that artist the right to dictate wheter people can or cannot use that particular radar. Like in every other drawing, if someone thinks he can draw it better they are entitled to it. Administration will reserve the right to upload or not each drawing regardless.

Now I hope I'm being clear here and this goes for other threads were this pointless arguiung of what part should be used is taking place.

@ bezo:
the black blobs aft and on the foot are not acceptable, the foot needs some work, the IFF needs some work, the transmitter too..... if you want you can use this one then, but it is not going on the part sheet.

All I'm going to say for now, as I'm on the road ( a very VERY rainy road!) to spend some time with family is:
Thank you Golly for putting your foot down. It was all well said and pertinent.
ace, I'm not going to pollute this thread with a lowly, base argument. You can pm me with your comments.
PB, if you read this, be assured I know what you mean regarding your comment in another thread.

Now, enjoy the weekend!

Gentlemen, gentlemen... the most important thing here is the ships, not the fact that a radar is off by a pixel. Get a goddamn life!
