We still don't drew them in shipbucket style :)

I would say use this rule of thumb: if would be too small to be visible on the real ship when from afar (so as to appear at Shipbucket scale), then it shouldn't be included in Shipbucket scale. Thus, most hull lines would disappear.

I'm going to "steal" a pic posted by Bombhead reading HMS Tiger:

This is way larger than Shipbucket scale and even here only the absolute largest of the hull panel lines are visible.
