Ok. So, let's start from Ivan Franko, the first ship of the type. She was the first and she had less modifications then others. Franko scrapped in 1997.

[ img ]
Here is Ivan Franko as build. She served in Black sea at the regular routes from Odessa to Batumi, Istanbul, Yalta, Sochi and Varna.

[ img ]
In 1972 Franko was modified. But still she works at the regular routes in Black Sea

[ img ]
One more modification ship has in 1984. She now sometimes make cruise voyages to Medditerranean sea.

[ img ]
In 1991 USSR has gone to the history, and the ship became the property of Ukraine. State shipping company became private and used ship as cruise ship for cruises in Black sea.

[ img ]
In 1997 BLASCO sold Franko for scrapping

Second ship of this type was Aleksandr Pushkin. But I'll Show it later ))

Third one was Taras Shevchenko.

[ img ]
this ship was build for Black sea soviet fleet and used for regular lines between Odessa, Batumi, Varna and other ports.

[ img ]
In 1972 she passed thuth the first great modernisation, her capacity was enlarged from 750 to 890 passengers

[ img ]
In 1984 Taras Shevchenko set sails to cruise routes in Black and Medditerranean seas, her interiors were modernised, and hull took white colour

[ img ]
After USSR collupsed, ship became the property of Ukraine. She made several cruises, but most of the time stayed in Odessa.

[ img ]
In 2005 ship was sold for scrapping. Before this desigion Ukraine made several attempts to sell this liner to world famous shipping companies, including russian one. Later I'll show you how this liner should looked, if it became russian.

Shota Rustaveli was the fourth liner of Ivan Franko type. Ship was build for Blach sea soviet merchant fleet in 1968.

[ img ]
First years of its service liner worked on regular lines at the Black sea

[ img ]
Her first modernisation in 1973 differs from her sisterships: passenger capacity was increased to 790 passengers, main accent were made on interiors, designed in georgian style

[ img ]
Since 1984 liner serves as cruise ship, she is welcomed by european tourists in Blac sea, Atlantic ocean and other ports over the world

[ img ]
In 1990 shit suffers fire and was repaired. Some decorations of salons were lost

[ img ]
In 1992, as many other soviet ships, Shota Rustaveli becme a property of Ukraine

[ img ]
Finally she was bought by private shipping company in 2000, repaired and served for 4 years in european cruise routes. After that, in 2004, ship was scrapped in Alang

Very good work, well done!

It is "Black Sea Soviet Merchant Fleet", there are some typos above.
