really nice drawing. Chanthara has been one of those regular visitors in Janes and weyers catalogs, so its nice to see it in SB as well.
As for the hull color, go for the one which in your eye seems to best present the real life color, and take heed that the actual offical color seldomly translates into good shade in the computer screen.

Very nice work.
The lighter red shows shading better, but I don't mind darker reds. I've no real preference, like Golly I'd advise you to do what looks best.

Nice drawings ;-)
I think the darker red looks better... but it's your choice

That's an excellent work. (as always) ;)
Great to see the Shipbucket's Royal Thai Navy growing so well.

As for the shade - it's up to You to decide, and, as has been indeed pointed out, the "theoretically correct real-life color" often poorly translates to these drawings. That said, taking the photograph You supplied for comparison, I think that "Southern & Pacific Daylight Red is relatively the closest one.

Realy good work on this thread, from the first drawing. RTN ships are less known here, and the photoes you supply along with the drawings, makes this thread a real eye opener.
Chanthara is very strange, being a survey ship, but armed, a unique ship.
As for the underwater hull color, I think that Golly has put it in the best way, make the color as close to the real ship as possible.
