# I am a fan of darker transom sterns, but I think yours is distractingly dark. I usually go in RGB multiples of four - if the standard hull gray is 76x76x76, I'd make the transom stern 72x72x72.
There is no stylistic reason for transoms to be darker than the rest of the hull. None at all. If anything, they should be same color. I realized this error when drawing Worcester.

# I believe you have a SG radar at the tip of the foremast as well as the top of the mainmast. This is probably correct. However, in keeping with the teaching component of Shipbucket, I would use the same drawing for both of these SG sets (rather than one pointing on the beam and one straight ahead). This makes the radar outfit confusing unless you already know what you're looking at!
Yes, the one shown facing the viewer (where you can see the radar dish from the front and not the side) is the superior edition of the SG radar. Use that one instead of the one you have on the foremast.

Why are the propeller shafts yellow?

The propeller guard shading, while it looks nice, is not per standard.

Hull shading is incorrect.

Other than that, looks fine. I have a high standard that US cruisers should meet.

Gentlemen! thank you for the comments, I will have to redraw the ship form the beginning because I mistook the scale. It will take some time before the ship return to the forum.

It's been my understanding (or my position) that a darker transom fits into the style guide of shading rounded surfaces as if the light source were forward of high noon; this style has been trending towards 'standard' in the last year or two. I think the big bosses (and hopefully minibosses ;) ) should discuss this further, although this is not the place.

Yeah in sense Erik-T is rigth.
But traditionally, shipbucket has left the hull un-shaded simply becouse the style doesen't allow ever possible curve to be followed and so on. The transorm stern would be simple thing to shade, but the question would be, if its allowed, what else could be shaded in the hull as well? Then again, bold ones does it never the less and then waits untill the majority adapts the new innovation...thats how the bucket style has always evolped.

Hi! Do you still intend to draw this class?
