My Dad was a signalman on this vessel during her cruise during WWII. He was on her shakedown cruise and on her last trip to the scrap yard. He died 19 July 2014. I may have information pertinent to your discussion regarding this ship. I have a hand drawn picture, plus some of the same photos found on the internet. Best Regards CG59 |

Apart from necrothreading (this thread has been dormant for two years now), which is considered to be bad form, I, for myself would like to see this ship drawn, and completed

Non sum mortuis! I'm restarting my SB drawings, and I'm hoping to finish this one. Give me a bit to get my reference pictures again, and I hope to have her finished by mid-summer. |
