:D It seems that your drawing methods are like wise mine. The experience is the same  Anyway, it's a joy to see how you're progressing. I'm certain this vessel will become a cracker when she is complete ;)

Some update

Yesterday I was informed by Sailor82 that he made my last Edenton drawing into the WMEC Alex Haley.
He made a lovely drawing, including underwater hull.

So thanks to him, I was able to further develop my ATS-1 version, although I currently have not much time.
For now only the two versions of the aft crane are missing, and maybe some detailing.
I hope to continue next weekend.

So here it is

It took me a while, and although I think the outcome is not as good as the Pigeon or the Safeguard, here is the finished ATS-1 Edenton.

She might be lacking some details, but the only reference pictures I found were either poor quality or bad angle.
The next step might be to change the aft crane into the one installed during her late career.

Finally, and only under preasure of the ending uploading session, I was able to finish the Edenton how she looked like after the change of her aft crane.

I have to admitt, that the new crane might not be 100% accurate, but this is how near I could come with the available sources.
I also must say, that of all three ships I have drawn for now, this one is probably the worst, in the way of detailing.

Additionally once again the first version.

I must say - when your sources are poor - it's one heck of a crane. I like your result :D

I can't remember, did someone already do USCGC Alex Haley?

It seems that I overlooked this one when it was posted month ago. :(
Great work!
